Returns.

We want you to be super-pleased with your order from Beyond. However, if you are not happy with your purchase you can exchange it or request a refund.

Acceptable reasons for returns include wrong sizes or items damaged either in transit or during manufacture. Any item returned must be in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed (statutory rights are not affected). Please call or email us to check before sending anything back, you need to let us know within 30 days of purchasing the goods.

Please note, it is your responsibility to ensure that goods are returned to us in their original condition so we recommend that you use a postal service which enables you to trace the package if we do not receive it. We are not responsible for returned items that fail to reach us. Refunds can take up to 30 days to complete once we receive your returned goods.
